In today’s world everything moves at a fast pace, and you cannot always retrieve answers for your customers in a timely manner because it can be difficult to track down the correct contacts. Mall Infusion is designed to be a one-stop shop for all of your mall advertising needs. We have unique technology in place to automate at least 90 percent of the ad buying process. Like our sister company, Digital Outdoor Advertising, we have a way to bring National Advertisers to the Independent Billboard Operators. So here is how Mall Infusion will work for you. When we receive an RFP, our software will sort out the malls that meet your requirements within seconds. Then, our system will send the malls’ information to you. When the inventory is sent to you, you can check the availability for requested flight dates and market rates. With the click of a button, our system populates and aggregates all the locations by market and mall, and this information is sent to the advertiser for approvals or comments.

Once we receive the advertiser’s feedback, we will either put your units on hold until the client signs off and contracts are complete, or we will notify you that the client does not want to move forward with the RFP. Artwork, POP and invoicing are all handled by our software as well, making this process easy and efficient.
