Christine Lanziano is a sales and marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in the OOH industry. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BS degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Travel Administration. From there, she began her career in various cities across the US in the hotel industry.

She then switched careers into outdoor advertising where she handled production for Fortune 500 companies. It was then she introduced a Canadian company into the US market and built a sales staff which took revenues from 0 to $10 million within a year. Since then, Christine has consulted for various companies, creating customer-service oriented businesses with clear and actionable sales goals and targets.

Currently, Christine resides in Rumson, NJ with her husband and two children.

LARRY CLARK

Larry Clark has worked in the outdoor advertising industry for over 30 years, working in both local/regional and national markets. Before his OOH career, Larry attended California State University at Fullerton, San Diego State University and Brigham Young University, where he studied business and marketing. After graduating, he became a sales person, selling food products to grocery stores and subsequently selling Lego products to retail chains.

Larry began his career in the outdoor advertising industry by creating Delta Outdoor Advertising, a family-owned business that operated over 5,000 billboards until he sold the company to Clear Channel in 1989.

As an entrepreneur in the industry, Larry has sold a total of six companies in different markets. Within the last eight years, he has successfully created three new companies, involved in every process from selecting management teams to organizing sales models.

Currently, Larry resides part-time in three states; New Jersey, Florida and California.

Mark Klockner

Mark Klockner brings 28 years of shopping center experience to the forefront, nine years with General Growth, and 18 years with The Cafaro Company. He was brought on board by General Growth to revamp the companies Specialty Leasing program and the to oversee a New Business Development Group. While he was in charge of Specialty Leasing, income increased by over 900%. While at The Cafaro Company, he held such positions in Marketing, Management, Regional Management, and Corporate Communications.

He then headed up specialty leasing for six years. He developed that companies Specialty Leasing program which then increased revenues by 1,900%. He was also co-founder of the now, ICSC Specialty Leasing Conference. He has helped develop Tupperware, Avon, Dell, Christmas on the Mall, Learning Resources and other retail programs.

Ryan Klockner

Ryan Klockner has worked in software development for over 15 years. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems. As an entrepreneur in the IT industry, Ryan has worked with an array of companies to build and implement custom software solutions. His custom-built software for Digital Outdoor Advertising grew the company over 85 percent.

Previously, Ryan worked in the IT department for General Growth, which helped him to better understand the needs of developers from a technological standpoint. The software he has built for Mall Infusion simplifies the relationship between developers and advertisers. He has consulted various types of businesses in network creation, development and maintenance. His expertise includes software design/implementation and business development.

Currently, Ryan lives in Brick, NJ with his wife and twin daughters.
